Noun. 1. A boy, or adolescent male.
2. A close friend, a 'mate'. Northern use?
3. An unruly, young person, typically wearing casual, brand-name sportswear, such as Nike, Adidas and Reebok. Usually more associated with poorer, urban environments. Also 'charva'. Derog. Mainly North-east use
